Shipping policy
DFW AUTO BODY PARTS — SHIPPING POLICY Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas | Effective Date: May 18, 2025
1. DELIVERY RADIUS
DFW Auto Body Parts ships and delivers within an 80-mile radius of our Dallas-Fort Worth location ONLY. We do not ship outside this zone — no exceptions. Customers outside the 80-mile radius must arrange their own pickup or third-party freight at their sole expense and risk.
2. SHIPPING CHARGES — PAID IN ADVANCE
All shipping and delivery fees must be paid in full before any order is dispatched. No part will be loaded, scheduled, or released for delivery until shipping charges are collected and confirmed. Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched, regardless of outcome.
3. HANDLING & DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
Delivery is estimated at 1 to 20 business days from the date of order confirmation and payment, depending on:
- Part availability and warehouse location
- Size, weight, and fragility of the item
- Delivery route scheduling and driver availability
- Weather, road conditions, or other unforeseen delays
Timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. DFW Auto Body Parts is not liable for delays outside our control.
4. DELIVERY AREA CONFIRMATION
It is the Customer's responsibility to confirm their address falls within our 80-mile service zone before placing an order. Orders placed outside the delivery radius will be cancelled and refunded minus any processing fees already incurred.
5. DELIVERY ATTEMPT & RE-DELIVERY
- Customer must be available to receive the delivery at the agreed time and location.
- If delivery is attempted and Customer is unavailable, a re-delivery fee will apply.
- After two (2) failed delivery attempts, the order will be held for Customer pickup at our facility. Storage fees may apply after 5 business days.
6. INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY
Customer must inspect all parts at the time of delivery before signing any delivery confirmation. By signing, Customer acknowledges the part was received in the described condition. Claims of shipping damage reported after the delivery receipt is signed will not be accepted.
7. RISK OF LOSS
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer at the moment the part is loaded onto our delivery vehicle. DFW Auto Body Parts is not responsible for damage occurring during transit beyond reasonable care in handling.
8. LARGE & OVERSIZED PARTS
Certain large items — including hoods, doors, bumpers, dashboards, engines, and transmissions — may require special freight arrangements. Additional handling fees and extended delivery windows may apply. Customer will be notified in advance.
9. NO INTERNATIONAL OR OUT-OF-STATE SHIPPING
We do not ship internationally or to any address outside the State of Texas within our 80-mile service radius. All sales requiring shipment beyond this boundary must be handled through Customer-arranged freight only.
All shipping terms are subject to change without notice. By placing an order, Customer agrees to this Shipping Policy in full.
